I am a Winnipeg writer and editor with an M.A. in English from Queen’s University and a B.A. in English and Classics from the University of Colorado. I grew up near Toronto, Ontario, I have had a lifelong love for writing, and I have recently published with the CBC, the Winnipeg Free Press, the Feminist Current, and Teaching Life.
I am currently working on a number of articles on gender-based violence and social justice, with an feature on the child welfare system coming in the Spring 2019 issue of Herizons, as well as trying to write too many books, including a series of essays. When I’m not writing or with my family, I listen to music, walk my dog, and possibly even read.
