I am a Winnipeg writer and editor with an M.A. in English from Queen’s University and a B.A. in English and Classics from the University of Colorado. I have recently written for HuffPost, the CBC, the Winnipeg Free Press, the Feminist Current, and Teaching Life, and I am a contributing writer for Indigenous Careers, the Winnipeg Free Press and a blogger for Western Educational Servces.
I am currently working on a number of articles on gender-based violence and social justice, with an feature on the child welfare system coming in the Spring 2019 issue of Herizons, in addition to fiction, including several novels, as well as a collection of personal essays. When I’m not writing or with my family, I listen to music, walk my dog, and sometimes find time to read.
